Out in the desert signs are at a premium. When you do find one it's usually shot up or likewise disrespected. Some ingenious fellow decided that he'd use this semi-decayed cow skull as a sign. The only problem we had was interpreting the meaning.
Various possibilities:
1. Go this way
2. Don't go this way
3. No cows
4. Remember to floss
5. Send vegans
Overcast this morning with some drizzlations and 7 miles visibility. Winds out of the south by 4.3kts and the sea surface has a bit of a ripple. The air temperature is 62.2˚ and the water is 63.7˚, although Roddy Williams pulled up a 68˚ (he swears) at the Hermosa Pier. Low tide is at 6:31am -0.1' and high tide will be at 1:22pm +3.7'. We have a predominantly SSW swell out of 196˚ at 3.3'. It's looking a bit morning sick and 1' to 2' and like always, folks are saying it will be better mañana...
