Thermophilic Thursday Surf & Culture Report
Lost Boys & Co...
Considering the environment shown here, we had to wonder what we were defending against? Snakes? Cactus? Tourists?
A trés gorgeous day! The sun came up hot and smily and the temp was already 65.8˚ at sunrise. 20+ miles visibility and no clouds to mar your view of the mar. Winds were out of the NNE 39˚ at 3.0kts and the sea surface was smooth. The ocean temp was 63.7˚ but will probably be closer to 65˚ mid-day. High tide was at 6:37am +6.1' and low tide will follow at 1:22pm +0.0' setting up for 5 days of minus tide afternoons. Get your clamdiggers on and do some beachcombing. We have a fun little west swell out of 265˚ at a fun 2.6' and it's 2' to 3' and fun. But we repeat ourselves...
