The water today was 74.3 º at the buoy so the answer is "YES" we made it to November with the water temperature in the 70's! Clear skies and offshore winds in the 3 to 5kt range. The sea surface was lightly brushed. Easy to get to the buoy for a paddle but some work against the wind. Low tide was at 9:58am +2.8' and high tide will be at 3:30pm +4.9'.
