We've often been asked if we have a muse.  Contrary to popular belief she is rather shy, but smart and always has a brilliant response to our most vexing editorial dead ends!  She's a great surfer, race car driver, brain surgeon, acrobat… we could go on.  She relented and let us take a pic, even though her hair was a mess (We thought it looked great.). We call her "Barbina", but you might know her simply as Barbie. (#1)

Things are clearing up!  And we're cleaning up!  Winds are out of the south by 1 to 3kts and the sea surface is smooth.  The air was 54 and the water is 58.1.  High tide is at 5:51am +5.2' and low tide follows at 1:20pm +0.3'.  So it's West swell out of 263 degrees at 6.9' and it's overhead at most spots, but a manageable 3' to 4' at Sapphire.  Barbina says if she were in California she said she'd hit Rat.
