Time Out Of Mind Tuesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Here (#1) we have the ever popular Christiano Von Stutzcanhang, not hanging ten, but hanging back for a little tube time.  Yesterday he probably caught 25 waves and made it out of 5.  But he made them look really good!

A bit more smaller today, as Rabbit might say.  But beautiful, for the benefit of the Chamber of Commerce and all of us sun worshipers.  20 miles visibility and offshore winds 1 to 5kts.  The sea surface was smooth.  The air was 47.2º and the water is 57.7º.  High tide is at 9:36am +6.7' and low tide will be at 5:07pm -1.1'.  It's a west swell out of 274º at 3.0' and it was 3' to 4' and looking smaller but just a good shape as it's been all week.

Some questions about our photo yesterday and the possibility that it wasn't the moon, but an unidentified drone.  We're going to go out on a lunar limb and say "it WAS the moon."
