Meanwhile it was a clear morning with 20 miles visibility. Winds were light offshore and the sea surface was smooth. The air was a downright frigid 47.8º, 6 degrees down from an already chilly Wednesday. What? Are we trying to assure that we have frost on the pumpkin? High tide was at 8:50am +5.8' and low tide follows at 3:36pm +0.2'. It's a SSW swell out of 193º at 2.3' and it was a whopping 2' on the beach...
Barbara Miloe asked the Professor to carve a tiki pumpkin. A bit of cultural appropriation here, but with the best of intentions...
