Mauna Loa Monday Surf & Culture Report
Lost Boys & Co...
Still working on trying to get this font to cooperate. Maybe almost got it.
We're at the Keahuna Plantation on Kaua'i and it's quite nice and there's a break out front that is docile enough if you can dodge the surf classes. The nice thing about that is that they all cheer when the Professor stands up because they think he's in the class! Actually, he's cheering as well!
Checking the surf at home, we have 10 miles visibility under partly cloudy skies. It was a low of 61.0 and the high is supposed to get to 69. Winds are mostly out of the south up to 8th and the sea surface is sporting a bit of texture. We (you) are having a SSW swell out of 211 at 4.3' and it's 2' to 3' and looking just a wee bit wonky.
Hope that report was nearly accurate. Big sports day today especially in hockey and basketball. Looks like the weather is trying to turn to summer. Hold encouraging thoughts.
Hawaii never fails in the rainbow dept.
