Lost Boys & Co... " I f folks think I'm mean, they'll no'(t) expect to much." Sir Harry Lauder O ther than the air temperature, 68.5 º , it looked like your basic February morning (#1), with low clouds and 7 miles visibility.  Wind were blustery from the south at 4 to 7kts and the sea surface was chopped up.  Take a look at the photo and notice that the ceiling is right about 200' where it collides with PV.  The water is 72.1 º  and okay while you're in it.  High tide was early at 5:54am +2.8' and low tide was on it's heels at 9:36am +2.5', not appreciably different.  It's still that SSW swell out of 194 º  at 3.9' mixed with the remains of the blow from Mexico roughing things up. Too rough for turtles...  L ast Saturday, Ivan Fernandes was in town and we met for a get together dinner (#2).  A fixture at Brother's for years he was the consumm...

Lost Boys & Co... I t's the early Christian that gets the fattest Lion." Saki S ee those swimmers out there (#1)...  We went in with them... for about 15 minutes.  Jumping over waves, body surfing and dunking in a most nonathletic way.  They went out there, swam for 45 minutes and when they came in, we kinda strutted around them in our wet trunks, trying to absorb some of their reflected ability. C loudy this morning breaking up when it felt like it.  Winds were alternately from the south and southeast 3 to 6kts and the sea surface was tacked up a bit.  The air was 69.0 º  and the water is supposed to be 71.4 º, but we're here to report that MAYBE it was 68.0 º.  Low tide was really low at 6:20am -0.8' and high tide follows at 12:53pm +4.7'.  It's a 3.0' SW swell out of 232 º  and it was 2' to 3' and breaking in long lines until it couldn't... ...
