Turtle spotted at 2nd St. this morning (#2) as a hot sun rose over the South Bay. Winds out of the South by 2 to 4kts and the sea surface had a pronounced roll. 67.8º in the air and 71.6º in the water. High tide was at 7:54am +3.0' and low tide followed at 10:49am, barely, at +2.9'. A SSW swell out of 197º at 4.6' and it was breaking hard enough to take 15 minutes to jump, swim and paddle out to the line-up. A good workout, but not classic Hermosa...
When they (#3) were P.I.'s they regularly started on the pier to assess the case load. This was the 10th St. caper that had them teaming with "Clarke the Meth Hunter." Kinda of a big deal when Clarke went "Dark" and had Greener bounce the miscreants...
