Well, this looks like yoga, but we're thinking they were praying for surf (#1).  You think their prayers might be answered?  Turns out that there's some spikes passing through and the wind's onshore at 9 to 12kts and kicking up some waves.  Currently the sea surface is choppy (#2), but if the wind calms it could get pretty good.  The air is a wind chilled 59.8º and the water is a more seasonal 62.2º.  High tide is at 10:16am +4.5' and low tide will follow at 3:58pm +0.7'.  Currently we have a 3.6' west swell out of 259º.  It's 3'+ and keep your fingers crossed for mañana...

We're hoping it's good so that the contest between 'Costa and Redondo can be held in some respectable surf.  Meet starts at 6:30am tomorrow and determines the South Bay Scholastic Surfing Assn. champ.  Some great prep surfing so if you can don't miss it!
