Once again we have ventured the frozen or semi-frozen north to do some sliding around on the snow. But the surf still calls and here's what we gleaned from our mostly reliable sources on the ground.
Seven miles visibility under cloudy skies with some evidence of rain. Winds are onshore, scheduled to get fierce during the day, 7 to 10th at checkout. The air temp was 48.0 and the water is 60.4. High tide was at 9:55am +5.2' and low tide follows at 4:19pm -0.2'. It's a west swell out of 272 at 5.6' and that translates to 6 to 8' and trying to find organization among the chaos…
