Wrecking Crew Wednesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

So, we'd had a good day skidding around the slopes and we were feeling pretty saucy when we came around this corner and saw this car that had launched itself over the edge of the road and was trying to bend to gravity and roll the recast of the ay down the embankment.  We spun around and leaped out offering our assistance.  Now Herkimer, shown here (#1) standing in the doorway was dead set on going down with the ship.  The Professor suggested he get out of the vehicle and he responded by saying "Says who?!"  The Professor said, "Okay jump in the car and get on with your own bad self!"
Along with Herkimer was his girlfriend Bambi, two dogs and their ward, 4 year old Louis.  Shortly the fire department showed up and we took our leave, but we left them pretty disoriented and a bit wacked.   Turns out Herky had passed out, gone across the road and blew over the edge.  Better have that checked Herk…

Meanwhile at home it was hazy sun and 10 miles visibility.  Winds were offshore and the sea surface was smooth.  The air was 53.5 and the water was 59.2.  Low tide was at 11:30am -0.3' and high tide will be at 6:51pm +3.0'.  It's a west swell out of 272 at 3.0' and it was 2' to 3' in the surfline.

Redondo beat a combined team of West/South High by one of the largest margins of the year, 97 to 50.  The Seahawks are looking good this year!
