Pork Shank Monday Surf & Culture Report
Lost Boys & Co...
One year ago today the water was 57.7º and it was raining, you all remember rain. Today the posted water temperature was 67º (#1) and when the fog burned off it was in the low 70's! We're willing to go out on a limb and say that's the warmest water we've had in our limited, but not insignificant experience.
Winds were light from the south and the ocean had a bit of texture. The air was 58.2º. High tide was at 8:17am +5.3' and low tide will be at 2:43pm -0.4'. It's a weak SSW swell out of 209º at 1.6' and it was half that on the sand.
Here we have Doña Donna Miller (Toph's Mum) at the wheel of the bus quite ready to drive it back to Boston and get some REAL seafood... We'll be at Capt. Kidd's tonight for some okay grinds...
