Vernal Equinox Friday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Things are not always equal, but today the day and night are, before we start sliding toward summer.  Considering how hot it's been we're having a difficult time imagining summer.  But you know how that goes, it'll probably be foggy for the next five months (does reverse psychology work on the weather?)

Hazy skies with 10 miles visibility.  No wind to speak of and smooth surface conditions.  The air was 58.8º and the water is 63.9º!  High tide is at 10:51am +4.6' and low tide follows at 4:39pm +0.5'.  It's a 2.6' swell out of the SSW, 205º.  The high tide is filling it in, but not before Doc and the Professor got a couple at the pier! (#1).

Donnie is doing a lot better and to wrap "Donnie Week" we have this pic of him and the crew (#2) in Nicaragua spitting into the wind...

"When the surf breaks, we'll fix it"
