Back From Mexico Monday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

When we first got to Cardon, it was big, but a bit ragged.  This is "ragged" Cardon, which seemed to be pretty good compared to "ragged" South Bay...

Ten miles visibility under overcast, but clearing, skies.  Winds were out of the south by 2.2kts and the sea surface was smooth.  The air temperature was 66.3˚ and the water is 70.5˚.  High tide is at 6:59am +3.4' and low tide will be at 11:10am +2.7'.  We have a SW swell out of 216˚ at 2.6' and it was 2' to almost 3' with some clean little peaks...  Even the Termite went out.  That's how good it was...

Part of the fun of a good surf trip is the company.  Here the Professor and Phil Star take a break from surfing and eating to mug for the camera...  (photo:  LoLa for Ripples and Nipples Monthly)
