Don't Be A Follower Friday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Morgalini stretching a little one into a nice long double-up on the inside.  It started out as a two-footer and ended up shoulder high...

A beautiful morning under clear skies and 20+ miles visibility.  Winds were offshore by 8.1kts and the sea surface was smooth.  The air was a chilly 50.1 and the water was 64.6.  High tide was at 11:16am +5.9' and low tide will follow at 6:39pm -0.4'.  We have a west swell out of 265º at 3.9' but it was 3' to almost head high on the outsides.  Redondo surfed against Peninsula this morning and emerged victorious in a 112 to 55 point win!

#2 got complicated.  It started out with the Professor trying to get Hortensia to put her basket back on her head for a photograph.  Then he had to introduce Brian to her and that's when it got complicated.  There was electricity between them and before we knew what was going on the Professor had been nearly electrocuted.  He quickly pronounced them man and wife, by the power vested in him by the Celestial Greater True Light Missionary Ecumenical Church®.  They are honeymooning in Raratonga...

In #3 you will immediately recognize the guy in the middle as "Donald Duck" Gonzales.  He and his buddies were the recipients of one of the boards Morgan and the crew brought down for the kids who couldn't afford their own sticks.  He typically sells jewelry along the sea wall and does this Donal Duck voice to get the attention of his clients...
