Better Than Many Thursdays Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

#1) Barahona Park.  This is the play equipment...

Clear skies and 20+ miles visibility.  Winds were light and the sea surface was smooth.  The air was a bracing 47.8º and the water dropped a tenth to 56.7º (a new low YTD).  High tide was at 10:40am  +4.6' and low tide follows at 5:14pm +0.4'.  It's a WSW swell out of 241º at 2.6' and it was 3' with an occasional four footer for your surfing pleasure.

#2)  These are some of the kids who came to play.  L to R:  Chocolate Ginny, Jah Morgan, Tarsan, Doc Scale and Toph...  Everyone had a pretty fine session including Doc who tried to blacken his own eye, but failed, thank goodness...

Monday from 1 to 4 there'll be a Valentine's Day Chocolate sale at Stoked Chocolates at 136 Pier Avenue (the same space as Cultured Slice.)  If you want to score some great chocs for your sweetie this will be the place.  You didn't hear it from us, but the word is there will be anatomically correct choco's for purchase...😳
