Just a reminder that the ceremony for Genevieve Carlisle is Tuesday evening 7pm at St. Lawrence Martyr Church, 1900 Prospect Avenue, just east of PCH.

Hello Team!! I am working on your LG Nationals with Charlotte Graham and we need volunteers throughout the event to help us make it happen!! Please reach out to your LG family and friends and invite them to spend a day or more with us at the beach and volunteer! I am looking to fill full or half day shifts from roughly 8am-5pm, Aug 10-13. This is a great way for them to experience our event. Please spread the word!! Message me for sign ups and more info..

A beautiful morning today with 15 miles visibility and clear skies.  Winds were from the SSE by 3.5kts and the sea surface was smooth to glassy.  The air temperature was 63.5 and the water is 70.0 at the buoy.  High tide was at 9:54am +3.9' and low tide will be at 2:38pm +2.1'.  We have a SSW swell out of 198º at 3' and it was a solid 1' damn near on the shore...

Remember that Morgan Sliff will be completing her 366 days of surfing this Thursday, July 21st!  There will be a commemorative surf at the Hermosa Pier at 7:30 then brekky at Brothers (with Rogelio's pozolé.)  The Becker store will host a BBQ and party starting at 2pm and going until 8.  Sure to be lots of fun!  Photo #1 is the Brothers Burrito Surf Squad:  Kirra, Ronnie, Jetski, Paul, Capitan Don Congrejo, The Professor, Max, Chelé, Bacalao and the woman of the year Jah Morgan.

A fast way to get from Amsterdam to Paris is the high-speed rail.  The GPS clocked our ride at 187mph!

Notre Dame.  The real one.  Not the one in South Bend.  They don't have a football team and if they did, it would be "fútbol!"

"When the surf breaks, we'll fix it..."
