The Past Isn't Past Monday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

It was gray, cool and big yesterday (#1) and some folks were calling it one of the top 5 days of the year (!)  There were some mackers rolling through, with big drops and unforgiving slabs, but this morning a hazy sun shone on the proceedings and there was a light wind from the SW, but not quite enough to ripple it up.  The air temperature was 57.3º and the water is 60.3º.  Low tide was at 10:34am -0.3' and high tide is at 6:00pm +3.9'.  We had a SW swell out of 224º at 5.2' and it was 4' to 5' with some bigger outsides...  Supposed to be better organized mañana

"Black and yellow friendly fellow..." (#2)  Paul Miloe's 6'0" Weber single fin and the Professor's "Malecón" bike making a great pair at the beach...

Like Martin and Lewis, Bill and Melinda are breaking up...  who is she seeing?

"When the surf breaks, we'll fix it"
