Sea of Tranquility Tuesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Getting warm out there!  Apparently yesterday was a record breaker in some areas, like the lanai of the Topaz International Trump Tower Suites (11th Floor.)  Let's look at the stats...

Some high clouds, but predominantly clear skies with a trace of smoggy haze.  Visibility is 25 miles.  Winds are lightly offshore at 3.9kts and the sea surface is glassy.  The air temperature is 65.4° and the water dropped a degree to 55./6°.  High tide is at 7:34am +4.2' and low tide will be this afternoon at 1:40pm +0.6'.  The buoy is reading a 2' swell out of 250°.  It's hardly breaking, but we'll be generous and call it 1'.  Yesterday at low tide there were some odd little waves.  If you're interested run down and take a look.  Hermosa Pier was also looking bumpier than Redondo.
