Lost Boys & Co...

The latest "Drop Zone."  You gotta read it.  It's got so many typos and errors that it's almost as fun as the Daily Breeze...  A couple of good photos though, with the Professor's sled next to Eddie Solt's Ford wagon in front of Brother's.  Then there's Chucky, the Professor, Clark (the Meth Hunter,) Captain Donnie and Ivan at the helm.  The staff photo features Ronnie, Ivan, Oscar and Oscar "Junior" or as we call him Yoshi!

Happy hour at 5:30pm tonight at Bluewater Grill!  Around the fire pit, unless Danger Boy makes the scene...  Wait, we just won't light the fire pit...  Okay, bring a jacket...

This morning we had cloudy skies and 7miles visibility.  Winds were consistent out of the SE by 2.3kts and the sea surface was rolling smooth.  The air temp was 61.3˚ and the water was 61.9˚, but it's been warming up at the buoy all week.  Low tide was at 6:11am -0.8' and high tide follows at 12:49pm +3.8'.  We have a SSW swell out of 212˚ at 3.3' and it was 3' to 4' and the HB pier had some nuggies coming through close...

When the Professor said, "All hail Marx and Lenin!" he meant Groucho Marx and John Lennon!  Apparently he gets a bit dictatorial with the team on occasion, although the resemblance to Joseph Stalin is also a bit scary.  It's like you go to Cuba once...  The uber-cool photo and artwork was the product of team surfer Jack Langdon's mom, Nancy.  She also did a great tribute and illustration to Jack's grandad that Birdie glassed on Jack's longboard!  Check it out comrades!
