Secret Santa Tuesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Very secret, very Santa, very merry.  A good time was had by all at the 4th anniversary of the first secret event.  To top it off the surf was pumping and the assembled crew gathered on the pier to watch some overhead thrashers come through and wipe out the 3 unfortunate guys who managed to paddled out.  The backwash was spectacular and the drops were long and steep...

Cloudy and a few drops here and there.  14 miles visibility.  Winds were offshore and the sea surface was smooth.  The air temperature was 58.3º and the water is 62.4º.  You are right around 98.6º.  Low tide was at 8:57am +2.4' and high tide is at 2:19pm +4.1'.  We have a WSW swell out of 250º at 4.9' and it was jumping from 5' to 8' all along the beach...

We'll be heading up to Boise for the Winter Solstice and the attending Holidays.  Yeah gang it's Christmas!  We hope to send some quick snips, but we hope you have a great holiday and you have our permission to take a long winter's nap on the 21st!
