Tap Out Tuesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

One word from Irie Pete and the berm appears.  When he gets tired of it's presence, he'll make the call and it will disappear.  For now all of the poor Hermosa children who can't afford to go to the snow like their Manhattan Beach counterparts, will find themselves sledding down the Hermosa Alps...

20+ Miles visibility as the wind blows away all of the detritus that inhibits your vista.  Those winds were steady at around 14kts and the sea surface was rife with whitecaps.  The air was a brisk 57.2º and the water is 65.8º.  High tide is at 7:48am +5.8' and low tide will be at 2:35pm +0.1.  We have a west swell out of 268º at 6.2' and it's 4' to 6' at most spots, but a little rough with all that bluster.

An excellent street corner take on the 50's vehicles that abound in Havana.

Down on the Bahia de los Cochinos (or better known as The Bay of Pigs) the Professor inspects this 1959 Bluebird (Pre-Grummon) school bus, converted into your basic two-bedroom, half-bath condo.  They used the wheels for satellite dishes.
