More Weather Wednesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Unstable weather, a bit more rain and a lot of wind forecast for the next couple of days.  But if you were quick on your feet and didn't mind charging the bacteria soaked water, you might get a left like this slab that Jackson Owens caught just south of the office!

It was partly cloudy this morning and the sun deigned to peek out occasionally.  Maybe 10 miles visibility.  Winds were variable offshore and the sea surface ranged from a rolling swell to downright choppy conditions.  The air was a chilly 45.9º and the water is 58.1º.  High tide was at 6:41am +6.2' and low tide drains at 2:07pm -1.4'.  It was a WSW swell out of 262º, before it turned due west at 5.2' and it was 5' to 8' in the water and early looked inviting despite the bacteria lurking in the water.  Worth a look mañana, but NOAA is telling us it's going to be windy and unsettled...  Look anyway...
