Welsh Rabbit Wednesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

FIRE!  No, wait...  That's just LoLa's fiery red hair flowing in the wind as we were streaking through the mangroves down in Zapotalito...

Clear morning with the clouds coming in around noon - rain scheduled for later in the day.  Wind was offshore at checkout 5.4kts and the sea surface was smooth.  The air temperature was 44.4° and the water pulled up a degree to 55.4°.  Low tide at 7:00am sharp -0.5' and high tide will be washing the shore at 1:18pm +3.5'.  The forever vigilant 46221 Buoy is telling us that we have a SSW swell out of 213° at 3.3'.  We're calling it 2' to 3' and a lot smaller than yesterday...  Let's see how it looks in the morning...  Speaking of looks...

The new girl at Brother's looks good, but can she cook?!?
Is she working on Saturday mornings?
Carol
(She's actually a really good cook, but she's working the line right now.  Just Sundays for now...  Ed.)

Photo #3.  Getting ready to take the ponga to the land of the swamp people...
