Off The Ladder Thursday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Lethal Keithal, the Professor and Devin Bogart share a moment a couple of afternoons ago.  We've been trying to get Lethal back into the water, but you can lead him to water, but you can't make him surf.  Old Tony's is as close as we could get...

A great day today as Clark the Meth Hunter put everything together and got something like 5 solid rides.  Jetski, returned to the surf and was making those steep drops, this time without stopping his stick with his head!  El Ché scored some long lefts but was challenged by Clarky who ended up his session with a ride that left him in the shadow of the pier.  It was lightly overcast with the sun trying to break through.  Visibility was 15 miles.  Winds were light out of the WSW and the sea surface was smooth.  The air temp was 64.5˚ and the water is around 68.7˚.  All this sunshine can only help...  High tide is at 11:00am +4.3' and low tide will follow at 3:59pm +1.9'.  We have a SSW swell out of 210˚ at 3.3'.  Waves were 2' to 3' and it was fun, to extremely fun...

Pig Roast.  5pm Saturday the 18th.  Don't miss it...

This was a nice little nugget just off the Hermosa Pier...
