Please Turn The Water Back On Wednesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

One word from Tío Ted and the water stops, just like that...  Here he demonstrates how you strike fear into their greasy little hearts...  LoLa watches the brawny forearms in rapt attention...

Even though it's officially summer, it's also officially June.  In the So. Bay June trumps summer and that means overcast skies and about 7 miles visibility.  Winds were calm, but the sea surface had a slight bump going.  The air temperature was 64.4˚ and the water was 66.6˚.  Low tide was a beach combing -1.5' at 5:39am and high tide will be at 12:09pm +4.5'.  We have a weak SSW swell out of 210˚ at 1.6' and that translates into a 1' carnival of knee-slapping fun.  Tomorrow?  Probably not much change, but it's supposed to pick up later in the week...

We saw this headline and understood why newspapers are on a downhill slide...
