A Generic Tuesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Sapphire and Topaz not particularly enjoying the tides this morning (#1), as we get ready for a few days of rain.  Sounds like it will be intermittent, so keep an eye out for a window to jump through...

Mostly clear skies this morning with 20+ miles visibility.  Winds were offshore by 3 to 4kts and smooth seas.  The air temperature was 41.1 and the water is 59.2.  Low tide was draining things to the point of wally-crashy at 9:26am +1.5' and high tide was mid-afternoon at 3:19pm +2.6' for not much of a tide change.  We have a WSW swell out of 259º at 3.0' and that made for 3' to 4' slabs that made you pay for the pleasure...

Cloudy nights add an interesting soft touch to the lights (#2)...

Our team of Happy Hour experts have decided that it's R-10 for this week's Hora
de Fiesta.  We'll be gathering at 5:30 if there's no rain...  If there IS rain we'll go inside.  We are that smart...
