Full Moon Tuesday II Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Pretty damned cold this morning and the water had a bit of a bump to it (#1) from all that wind over the last couple of days...  20+ miles visibility and light winds out of the NE by 3.7kts.  The air was 39.8 (Brrrrr!) and the water is 58.1.  High tide was at 8:33am +6.8' and low tide will be at 3:28pm -1.6' for your sea glass finding pleasure.  We have a west swell out of 278º at 4.3' and it was 3' to almost 5' in the surf.  The high tide was floating it a bit...

Over the weekend even some of the sea birds were grounded.  This pelican (#2) was hanging out on the pier looking for hand outs.  When you look closely, there are some fabulous colors going on there...

Under pressure (#3).  The aesthetics of sprinkler systems...

No scheduled happy hour this week.  We'll be hieing to the frozen north and doing cold weather research/testing in Montana and the Yellowstone area...  We're out Thursday and back in a week...  If past is prologue the surf should be great...
