Mid-Wednesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

St. Lawrence alumna and Redondo surfer Anna Barclay will be getting hitched this weekend in Santa Cruz/Saratoga!  We'll be heading up to take part in the festivities and then onward to Sequim, Washington to visit Buck and Kathy and the Maharishi and Kris Larkin.  Expect some recon from the trip north and farther north...  We'll be back on the 14th...

Mostly clear this morning with 10 miles visibility.  Winds were offshore by 3.3kts and the sea surface was smooth to glassy.  The air was a Fallish 56.7 and the water is 68.0.  Low tide was at 5:50am +1.7' and high tide will be at 12:09pm +5.9'.  There's a SSW swell out of 200º at 3.0' and it was 3' and a bit wally-crashy, until the tide push helped things out a bit...

Jetski's new regimen includes early morning walks and the odd photo session.  This is "Sunrise with Seagull" or  "A Bird Just Landed On My Cool Sunrise Photo." (#1).  Note the surf class in the background...

Now that you've noted the surf class, this (#2) is the way it looked from the beach angle...
