Double Wide Friday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

(#1) The Professor and Buck.  Taking photos like this since 1972.  You know when life gives you a double-wide hammock, you just have to go for it...

Sunny and bright today in Hermosa with light offshore winds and smooth seas.  The air temp was 48.0º and the water is cool at 58.5º.  Low tide bottomed out at 12:00pm +0.4' for the only tide of the day.  We have a 2.0' WSW swell out of 210º and it was a sketchy 2' with a few corners.

Jetski and the Princess Bride Jah Morgan (#2).  To say the bride was stunning would be a gross understatement.  Also she and her intended were the perfect host and hostess, taking care of the most minute details all along the way...

One of the scheduled events was the "Life Aquatic" Story and Sound presentation by Ocean Dwellers and Storytellers.  Arranged and directed by Jen Capo for "STORYSTATION" celebrating Morgan and Christian.  Some great music and fabulous stories.  Jen (#3) shown here with Jetski (who is talking, so naturally he's telling a story) regularly puts together these events for podcast.

This (#4) looks like a convention of Disney Princesses, which it pretty much is, except for the fact that they're better than real princesses.  So, from L. to R. we have Princess Maid-of-Honor Amber, Duchess Molly, Queen Mother Nina, Countess Soraya, Lady Anna Wilder-Burnsy and Maid Jordan...
