Another Multiplication By Division Tuesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

When somebody tells you that the surf was "mellow" you can call up this photo (#1) of Steve Denis on a "mellow" day over the last week to describe just how "mellow" it's been.  His broken board attests to the "mellowness."

Visibility was about 15 miles this morning and the skies were partly cloudy.  Winds were offshore from 3 to 5kts and the sea surface was smooth.  The air was 52.0º and the water is 60.8º.  Low tide was early at 5:30am +2.0' and high tide will be at 11:10am +4.2'.  It's a WSW swell out of 257º at 3.6', but as you know, everything is not as it seems.  It was 4' to 5' with some fat sets and even though Aaron got a gaping tube most of the action was closed out and pounding.  Calling for some weather for the end of the week, but we'll let you know how it looks mañana...
