What's Happening At The Mall Monday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

What's Uncle Miloe (#1) so worked up about?  Probably because it's Jetski's 5th Surfaversary!  Yeah, that's it!  So a special commemorative edition of the Camo Board was shaped by the master himself (#2) El Ché and was suitably inscribed (#3) and presented to El Russo at a special dinner in his honor...

And to top the whole thing off, he rode it this morning with Tarsan, Doc ?, Capitán Don Congrejo and the Professor to make it real and official!  The sky was basically cloudless and visibility was 10+ miles.  Winds were moderate offshore by 5kts and the sea surface was smooth.  The air was a chilly 47.3º and the water is 54.0º and you're probably getting tired of hearing us complain about the cold, but the fun factor is exponentially decreased by the drop in temperature.  High tide was early at 4:23am +4.2' and low tide will be at 12:41pm +0.3'.  Looking for a week of minus tides in the pm.  We have a west swell out of 266º at 4.6' and it was 4' to 6' and got hollower as the tide sucked out through the morning...
