Lost Boys & Co...

Leave it to LoLa to find a fried treat at the soccer match.  The specialty here were those fried dough things that are related to churros, but are in the shapes of stars and butterflies and whatever.  They cover them in powdered sugar and you have your basic fatty, sweet treat!  Delicious!

Another hot one!  Cloudless skies and 20+ miles visibility.  Winds were off by 4.3kts and the sea surface was smooth to glassy.  The air was already 77.7˚ at 6:30am and the water temp was 60.4˚ at the buoy.  High tide will be at 10:58am +4.0' and low tide will follow at 3:55pm +1.6'.  We have a SSW swell out of 198˚ at 2.3'.  It's 1' and poor, but Jimmy Thomas went out because it was so damned hot!

Captain Donnie went for a swim yesterday as his thermostat maxed out and when he surfaced you could cut glass with his nipples!  Just a tad chilly out there for swimming...

Sunset on Lago de Guija.  One of those shimmering atmospheric afternoons featuring warm water, warm air and an infinite spectrum of oranges...
