Okay, it's not red tide but a little of that Hawaiian red dirt washing into the line-up. It's kinda nice to know it rains someplace!
A bit overcast this morning, but the weatherman is saying that it's gong to be 10° warmer today than yesterday and it's going to get a bit sunny this afternoon. About 7 miles visibility through the haze. Winds are slightly offshore by 5.0kts and the sea surface is smooth. The air temp is 61.9° and the water is 65.3° , a little warmer closer to shore. Low tide is at 7:17am +2.4' and high tide will follow at 2:52pm +5.2'. The buoy is reading a 2.0' swell out of 207° and we're calling it 1' to 2' and although the shape isn't bad it's a bit small to actually ride. Good if you're needing a lesson today!
