Three Dimensional Thursday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Despite the gray, we experienced most of the day in the traditional three-dimensions.  Looking down the beach (#1) you can see that we had a little less than a mile visibility and cloudy skies.  A bit of rain is forecast for the evening, late, and it should break up early in the morning.  Offshore winds this morning by 6kts and the sea surface was smooth.  The air temp was 48.9 and the water is 59.9.  Low tide was at 6:25am +2.1' and high tide follows at 1:25pm +4.0'.  There a swell out of 225º SW at 2.6' and it was 2' and pretty lined up with the low tide...

Jetski sighting (#2).  He came out for a brief moment for some air and retreated back into his lair to continue recuperating...  Everyone who has gotten this latest strain of the lurkus, says it's the worst ever.  Before your through you face the specter of creeping skin, the chilblains, hacking cough and if you're not lucky, pneumonia.  We are told the flu shot works perfectly half the time...

Some lace curtain on the inside (#3).  It's always funny because this photo almost makes it look like there was a corner to this wave...  There wasn't...

Patrick Malloy's for an early run at St. Patrick's day.  Meeting at 5:30 on the patio, so dress warmly...
