F-Stop Friday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

Nice day here in the land of eternal spring.  Let's see what's going on where the Pacific meets the North American continent..  If it's not any good, is it incontinent?

Hazy sun this morning with 10 miles visibility.  Winds are offshore by 9.7kts and the sea surface is smooth with a little offshore tack.  The air temp was 57.4°and the water is 55..2°.  High tide is at 10:30am +4.5' and low tide will follow at 4:11pm +0.7'.  The buoy is reading a 3.3' swell coming out of 255° west.  We're calling it 3' to 4' and you should'a seen Danger Boy making those late drops at Tres Palmas.  We've heard that the swell is supposed to drop this weekend, but we hope that's not true.  It's been so much fun this week, we'd hate to start all over from scratch.

Couple of photos from our travels.  The Jesus sign looks like something we might have seen downtown in the window of  "The Greater True Light Missionary Baptist Church."  But no, this was on a residential house in the middle of the 300 block of Avenue F.  The top part pops up questions and the bottom scrolls the answers.  It turns out that we took the quiz and could possibly be on a fast track to hell.

Photo #2 is traveling through our kitchen.  We had questions about the tile and wallpaper, so here they are.

Check it out tomorrow!  Probably will be smaller, but don't give up without looking...
