You know how after a few brews you begin to feel a bit fuzzy? We actually caught that phenomenon in this photo of Gidget! See, it only takes a couple before things begin to blur a bit...
Drizzlations this morning as the sun refuses to show its face and the overcast presses down on us. 9 miles visibility if you look just right. Winds are onshore by 3.9kts and the sea surface is smooth, with a light tack moving in as we speak. The air temperature was 59.5° at checkout and the water is 64.9° despite the lack of sunshine. High tide is at 7:58am +3.0' and low tide will be at 11:39am +2.5'. There's a SSW swell out of 201° true reading 3.0' on the 46221 buoy. It's not translating very well, so it's looking like 1' to 2' at the local breaks and a bit bigger at El Porto. We keep hearing about things increasing toward the end of the week, but right now... nada!
