Weak Force Wednesday Surf & Culture Report

Lost Boys & Co...

So, there seems to be some confusion as to what Spiderman does for a day job.  We thought he was a photographer for the local newspaper, but apparently he also has a job as a Transit Maintenance Shelter Cleaner.  We wouldn't have noticed, except his bungee work gave him away.  Cool, Mr. Parker, very cool...

Chilly this morning as we slipped out onto the lanai on the 11th floor of the Topaz International Trump Tower Suites in our Spiderman™ jammies.  15 miles visibility and clear skies until about 11am when the front moved in.  Winds were offshore by 4.7kts and the sea surface was glassy.  The air temperature was 49.3° Brrr... and the water was cooler than yesterday at 61.7°.  Almost time for those booties.  High tide will be at 11:00am +5.9' and low tide will be at 6:45pm +0.1'.  The buoy is reading a west swell out of 262° at 3.9' (that was at checkout 6:45am - it has continued to increase and at noon it was 5.2')  We're calling it 3' to 5' with some bigger ones pushing it on the rising tide.  Keep watching the wind direction - it could be good again tomorrow morning...
